Simply Framed Template Does Not Work

I have purchased numerous templates from Choice Slides and used them successfully in my ProShow Producer v.9.0.3776 with Windows 10 Home. Unfortunately, the Simply Framed Template does NOT work on any of my Windows 10 computers. The images play back filling the entire screen, instead of appearing inside their proper frames. The strange thing is that when I "scrub" through the timeline, the images are perfect, sitting inside their respective frames. But upon playback, the photos just fill the entire screen area, like a basic PowerPoint slide show. Very strange. I contacted Jennifer from Choice Slides about this problem, but she could not offer a resolution. Well, on to another Template!
