How will I get the products that I order from this site?
There will be a Download button displayed on the final page of the checkout process. You will also be emailed a download link, usually within in a few minutes, but it may take an hour or two, depending on your location and time of purchase.
If you need to re-download your products at any time, follow these steps:
- Log into your Account (or go to My Account, if you are already logged in)
- Click on Orders in the upper left
- Click on the order number that you want to download from
- Click on the Download Files button associated with each product.
How can I change my Email address?
To change your email address associated with your account, log in with your current email address, go to My Account, then click on Profile. You can edit your Email, Addresses, and Marketing Settings there.
How do I resubscribe to your newsletters if I previously unsubscribed from them?
Selecting Newsletter Preferences will not resubscribe you. You must go to the Log In screen to check your newsletter option there. You may need to log out, then log back in to see this screen:
How can I avoid purchasing an item I previously purchased?
If you’ve already bought an item, the Add to Cart button becomes Download Again, taking you straight to your order page.
You must be logged in so the system can find your previous purchases.
