Create It! Line Wipe Transition

This Tutorial is for both Photopia Director and ProShow Producer users (Sorry Creator users!). We'll create a Left to Right Wipe Transition with a thin white line following a masking layer.

Why can't Creator users do this?  Creator doesn't have the ability to create your own effects, such as Slide Styles, Transitions, or Templates.  It is also missing the Follow Filter, which is used to create this effect.
