Photopia Update - Build 719

This update is being released to fix a rare, but important issue, where the program could fail to load under very specific circumstances.  There are also a few other fixes for Captions and Groups:

• Fixed issue with captions that contain empty lines
• Fixed issue where program could fail to load
• Fixed order of options for Group layers
• Fixed display issue in Projects window
